Job Info:
Shift 1: Mon – Fri, 8.30am – 5.30pm
Shift 2: Wed - Sun, 7am – 3pm (Wed–Fri in office, Sat–Sun WFH)
Shift 3: Wed - Sun, 3pm – 11pm (Wed–Fri in office, Sat–Sun WFH)
*Can choose either 1 fixed shift
Salary: Basic up to $4500 + AWS + Variable Bonus

Job Scope:

• Act as the main liaison for assigned customer accounts on planning, delivery, and supply-related matters
• Address customer inquiries promptly and professionally to ensure timely resolution and satisfaction
• Share regular and ad-hoc updates on production progress, delivery schedules, and order statuses
• Review supply chain performance data and assist in identifying root causes of target deviations
• Contribute to continuous improvement efforts to boost planning accuracy and supply chain efficiency
• Track production schedules to ensure they meet customer delivery expectations
