We are partnering with a UK-based ground transportation provider with over 3 decades of history in providing premium transportation services. They are operating in over 3,000 cities and has a strong dedication to customer excellence. They are also renowned for their innovative tech platform, and constantly find new ways to better service their customers. Due to expansion in APAC, they are looking for a detailed-oriented Supply Chain Specialist based in Singapore.

Responsibilities

Reporting to the Head of Operations, you will play a key role in managing existing vendors and sourcing for new affiliates across the region. To ensure a seamless operations, you will assign drivers to jobs in a timely manner and handle any logistical issues that may occur. As the company has a strong pursuit for customer excellence, you will also play an important part in ensuring fleet of vehicles are properly maintained, serviced, and in quality condition for the customers. You will also need to work cross-functionally with sales, customer service, and reservation teams for the overall service delivery.

Requirements

The ideal candidate is someone with minimum 2 years of operations and/or supply chain experience, ideally in ground transportation, hospitality, airlines, or travel & tourism sectors. You will need to have prior experience in managing and negotiating with vendors, while having an eye for detail with excellent organisational skills.
