Supply Chain Lead (Founding Role)

We are expanding our manufacturing capabilities and bringing innovative medical technologies closer to patients worldwide. As part of this growth, we are looking for our first Supply Chain professional to join in Singapore. This is a unique opportunity to build the foundation of our supply chain operations and play a critical role in shaping the future.

What You’ll Do:

• Establish and manage end-to-end supply chain processes covering demand planning, procurement, inventory management, logistics, and distribution.
• Partner closely with manufacturing, quality, and engineering teams to ensure materials availability and smooth production flow.
• Develop supplier relationships and negotiate contracts to optimize cost, quality, and lead times.
• Implement and maintain supply chain systems, metrics, and reporting to drive efficiency and visibility.
• Ensure compliance with GMP, ISO13485, and regulatory requirements relevant to medical device manufacturing.
• Lead supply risk management, identifying gaps and building contingency strategies.
• Be a hands-on operator while laying the groundwork for a scalable supply chain function as the company grows.

What We’re Looking For:

• 5–8 years of experience in supply chain, procurement, or operations within the medical device, biotech, or pharmaceutical industry.
• Strong understanding of regulated manufacturing environments (ISO13485, FDA, GMP).
• Proven ability to manage suppliers, contracts, and cross-functional projects.
• Hands-on and resourceful, able to balance daily execution with longer-term strategy building.
• Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Comfortable working in a fast-growing, entrepreneurial environment.
