The role involves managing daily dock receiving and warehouse operations, ensuring compliance with company standards, and collaborating cross-functionally with internal departments. Candidates with a degree in Supply Chain or a related discipline are preferred, but no prior experience is necessary as training will be provided. Willingness to work various shifts is required.

Job Summary

We are seeking hands-on, fresh and dynamic individuals to join the Supply Chain Operations. Besides the core logistical work and managing operational staff, Supply Chain Officers can be expected to embrace state-of-the-art automation, synergize amongst the different functions through the Warehouse Management System and collaborate cross-functionally with internal user departments to achieve KPI and drive process excellence.

Job Responsibilities
  • In-charge of daily dock receiving, warehouse operations, resource planning, and workplace safety.
  • Take charge of team members, equipment maintenance, and daily problem solving.
  • Ensure the end-to-end processes are in compliance with company standards, end user requirements, and related service levels through business demand/supply changes.
  • Continuously evaluate and propose productivity improvements, innovation and improve process optimization.
  • Participate in offsite and on-job training courses for sustainable and effective deployment of automation robots in alignment to operational objectives.
Job Requirements

Education & Certification

  • Possess a Degree in Supply Chain or related discipline.

Experience

  • No experience required as training will be provided.

Other Prerequisites

  • Able to work under tight timeline and multi-task.
  • Able to analyze data and present strategic solutions.
  • Highly proficient with Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Project.
  • Willing to work various shifts, including mornings, afternoons, and overnight, as well as on Sundays and public holidays.
