The services that REJS provides to its customers include among others product sourcing and development, price benchmarking, vendor management, technical and CSR factory audits, product inspections, photo and design services, artwork management, shipment consolidation as well as private label strategy and setup implementation.

About the role:

As a Supply Chain Officer, you'll report to the Head of Supply Chain and be responsible for overseeing the entire spectrum of supply chain operations. Your main area of focus will be efficient order management for our esteemed customers. Leveraging your expertise in supply chain management, strong organizational abilities, and customer-centered mindset, you will play a pivotal role in guaranteeing smooth order fulfilment and high levels of customer satisfaction.

Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Ensure timely delivery of products and coordinate end-to-end requirements, including purchasing, supply chain, and shipping.
  • Follow up on Purchase Orders (PO) and Order Confirmation (OC) to meet delivery deadlines and coordinate shipping documents.
  • Monitor orders and shipments in transit.
  • Keep relevant stakeholders updated on all purchasing, shipping, and logistics queries, and advise of any issues.
  • Perform administrative activities, including preparing reports, account documents, system updates, and order processing.

Requirements:

  • Diploma or equivalent qualification.
  • Minimum of 2 years of working experience in supply chain management, preferably in related buying offices.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with excellent organizational and time management abilities.
  • Proficiency in spoken and written English
  • We seek Mandarin-speaking candidates who are required to serve Mandarin-speaking Customers
  • Ability to work independently and as a good team player.
  • Target-oriented.
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications.
