Job summary

ByteDance Singapore seeks a Supply Chain Manager to lead global reverse logistics, RMA workflows, and standardise processes across regions. You will drive transparency, risk management, and collaboration with logistics, procurement, quality, and finance to optimise reverse logistics and inventory reconciliation.

  • Bachelor degree in a supply chain, logistics, and/or commercial field, or equivalent practical experience.
  • Proven experience in supply chain operations or related process management in a global environment and hyperscalers.
  • At least 3 years of working experience in Reverse Logistics, especially in decommissioning and RMA related fields.
  • Possess certain knowledge of data center
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills.
  • Excellent stakeholder engagement, communication, and collaboration abilities.
  • Experience with process documentation, SOP development, and system integration.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the planning, development, and implementation of end-to-end RMA and VR processes across IDCs, ensuring seamless workflow and operational efficiency.
  • Drive and manage warehouse day to day activities such as inbound, outbound, RMA, transfers, stock take within warehouse
  • Lead self-warranty, retrofit, refurbishment and reverse logistics process
  • Influence the hardware replacement cadence. Apply insights and knowledge of constraints in launching new hardware in Data Centers
  • Drive process standardisation and documentation to improve transparency, compliance, and repeatability of supply chain operations.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams—including logistics, procurement, quality and finance to optimise reverse logistics, spare parts management, and inventory reconciliation.
  • Develop and refine SOPs, guidelines, and control points, supporting continuous improvement and operational excellence.
  • Monitor and analyse key metrics related to return merchandise, inventory, performance, providing actionable insights.
  • Lead and participate in process improvement projects, system integration efforts, and automation initiatives to enhance efficiency and reduce manual work.
  • Facilitate stakeholder communication, alignment, and training to ensure standards and best practices are adhered to across regions.
  • Support risk management activities by identifying operational gaps and recommending mitigations.
  • Drive and manage GPU related operations (GPU Repair Center, RMA, Outbound Shipment and etc)
  • Must be "hands-on" and willing to roll up sleeves to support operational activities.

As a Supply Chain Manager, you will be responsible for leading and optimising global reverse logistics, RMA workflows, and supply chain processes. You will drive initiatives to standardise operations, improve process transparency, and enhance stakeholder collaboration across regions.
