Job summary

ByteDance is seeking a Delivery Manager for Edge POP infrastructure in Singapore to drive end-to-end resource delivery for network expansions. You will coordinate with network, data center infra, procurement, vendors and local teams to ensure site readiness and successful turn-up of edge sites.

The role requires 3+ years in data center infrastructure or edge delivery, strong project management, and the ability to handle multiple projects in parallel in a fast-paced tech environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or above.
• 3+ years of experience in data center infrastructure or edge site delivery.
• Familiar with end-to-end delivery for POPs and cross-vendor collaboration.
• Strong multi-project management and scheduling abilities.
• Knowledge of racks, power, cooling, cabling and network access.
• Basic network troubleshooting knowledge.

Job description

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end resource delivery for Edge POP deployments based on network expansion plans and business requirements, ensuring on-time and high-quality execution.


• Drive planning and delivery of edge site / POP resources, including racks, power, cooling, cabling, network access, and supporting infrastructure readiness.


• Coordinate with network, data center infrastructure, procurement, vendors, and local teams to manage the full delivery lifecycle, including site readiness, construction, acceptance, and service turn-up.


• Establish and continuously optimize delivery standards, workflows, and quality control mechanisms for POP resource deployment.


• Track project schedule, cost, risks, and resource utilization; proactively identify issues and drive timely resolution.


• Manage vendors and delivery quality to ensure critical resources are delivered in accordance with SLA and technical requirements.


• Support multi-region and multi-project delivery to ensure infrastructure capacity keeps pace with business growth.

Qualifications

Minimum Qualification(s)

• Bachelor's degree or above.


• 3+ years of experience in data center infrastructure, edge site, network site, or related delivery/project management roles.


• Familiar with the end-to-end delivery process for POPs, edge sites, or data center projects, with experience in cross-team and cross-vendor collaboration.


• Strong experience in complex project management, with the ability to drive multiple projects in parallel.


• Familiar with data center infrastructure and edge site delivery, including racks, power, cooling, structured cabling, network access, and on-site implementation management.


• Familiar with basic network protocols and capable of sound judgment in basic network troubleshooting.

Preferred Qualification(s)

• Majors in Telecommunications Engineering, Network Engineering, or related disciplines.


• Experience working with major global DCI vendors on implementation.


• Strong project management, schedule control, risk identification, and issue resolution capabilities.


• Strong cross-functional communication and coordination skills, able to collaborate efficiently with network, engineering, procurement, vendors, and local teams.


• Comfortable working in a fast-paced Internet / technology company environment, with a strong goal orientation and results mindset.
