Job summary

Corestaff Pte Ltd, a Singapore-based logistics and supply chain solutions provider, seeks a senior cybersecurity leader to protect enterprise systems and AI-enabled applications. You will design security policies, perform risk assessments, and guide a team to integrate secure practices across the development lifecycle in a fast-growing regional ops environment.

The role requires 7+ years in cybersecurity, deep knowledge of AI security, and experience with security governance across complex tech

Qualifications

• Degree in Computer Science, Information Security, Cybersecurity, or related discipline.
• At least 7 years in Cybersecurity, Information Security, Security Engineering, Security Architecture, or Cyber Defense.
• Experience leading cybersecurity projects or managing technical teams.
• Exposure to AI, GenAI, ML, or LLMs through implementation, governance, or risk assessment.

Responsibilities

• Lead cybersecurity initiatives to protect enterprise systems and AI-enabled applications.
• Design and implement security strategies, policies, and technical controls.
• Conduct cybersecurity risk assessments, threat modelling, and security reviews.
• Ensure secure system architecture and compliance with cybersecurity standards.
• Collaborate with development and infrastructure teams to integrate security throughout the lifecycle.
• Identify emerging cyber threats and mitigate with appropriate strategies.
• Support incident response, vulnerability management, and investigations as required.
• Provide guidance and mentor cybersecurity engineers.
• Stay updated on cybersecurity trends, AI security risks, and new technologies.

Requirements

• Degree in Computer Science, Information Security, Cybersecurity, or a related discipline
• At least 7 years of experience in Cybersecurity, Information Security, Security Engineering, Security Architecture, or Cyber Defense
• Experience leading cybersecurity projects or managing technical teams
• Exposure to AI, Generative AI (GenAI), Machine Learning, or Large Language Models (LLMs) through implementation, governance, risk assessment, or enterprise adoption
• Working knowledge of NIST AI RMF, ISO/IEC 42001, OWASP LLM Top 10, and MITRE ATLAS not a must but would be an added advantage
