Job description

Overview

We are seeking an experienced Supply Chain Manager to lead and optimize our supply chain operations for Marine Systems Docking & Mooring and Fenders. Reporting to the Product Area Director, you will play a key role in ensuring efficiency, resilience, and customer satisfaction across global supply chain activities.

Responsibilities

• Define and optimize strategies for demand forecasting, inventory management, and production scheduling
• Lead and motivate a diverse, multinational team to achieve high performance and collaboration
• Drive process improvements and implement performance initiatives to enhance operational efficiency
• Manage supplier relationships and international sourcing, ensuring resilience and risk mitigation
• Oversee order fulfillment, logistics, and inventory to meet customer demand with cost efficiency
• Collaborate with sales and production teams to develop accurate demand forecasts and align procurement
• Monitor KPIs, analyze performance data, and implement data-driven improvements
• Proactively identify and mitigate risks (disruptions, tariffs, sanctions) to ensure business continuity

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business Administration, or related field
• Proven track record in end-to-end supply chain management and logistics
• Strong leadership skills with experience managing cross-functional and multicultural teams
• Analytical and data-driven decision-maker with excellent problem-solving skills
• Skilled in supplier negotiations and building resilient supply chains
• Familiarity with the Electro-Mechanical industry is an advantage
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
