Job description

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of Supply Chain Analyst towards managing Supply Chain activities, cBOM management, quotes Leadership.
• Interface with customer on cBOM, project milestone, Supply Chain initiatives
• Overall ownership to drive sourcing, cost, analyze supply Chain data to identify area for improvement
• Drive Cost Saving initiatives, manage localization plan, alternate sourcing activities
• Drive execution of all supply Chain activities, manage purchasing parameters
• Manage Supply Chain initiatives, includes lead time improvement, contractual agreement with suppliers on SMI/VMI/JIT.., payment term, delivery terms
• Identify potential risks in the supply Chain and develop mitigation strategies
• Manage NPI, ensure material readiness to meet program Schedules
• Manage ECN implementation, tracking & execution

Requirements

• Degree in Business Administration / Engineering
• Min 10 - 15 years of relevant work experience in Supply Chain, preferably in EMS field
• Excellent analytical and problem solving ability
• Leadership and team management experience are required
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
