Supply Chain Manager

This role will be responsible for managing procurement, inventory, logistics, demand and supply planning, and supplier relationships to ensure efficiency, cost-effectiveness, and continuous improvement in supply chain processes.

Responsibilities

• Build strong relationships with our factories and suppliers, ensuring a continuous, long-term partnership
• Develop and implement supply chain strategies that align with business objectives.
• Manage procurement activities, ensuring cost-effective sourcing and supplier performance.
• Oversee inventory management to maintain optimal stock levels while minimising costs.
• Lead demand and supply planning to align production and inventory levels with business needs.
• Coordinate logistics and distribution to ensure timely delivery of goods and materials.
• Collaborate closely with internal teams, including Sales, Customer Care, Operations and Finance, to support business priorities.
• Monitor and analyse key supply chain metrics, identifying opportunities for improvement.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
• 5-8 years of supply chain experience
• Strong negotiation and influencing skills
• Strong knowledge of demand and supply planning, procurement, logistics, warehouse management, and supplier negotiation.
• Experience working with ERP systems and supply chain analytics tools.
• Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and decision-making skills.
• Knowledge of best practices for handling e-commerce and digital logistics solutions is an advantage.
