The SCM Manager leads and optimizes the end to end supply chain processes, including Material Planning & Logistics (MP&L). The SCM Manager oversees supplier management, procurement, inventory planning & freight deliveries. He/she is responsible for maintaining a responsive and efficient material management process, which includes effective stock procurement, and inventory management and value added processes that meet our customer requirements.
Responsibilities: -
Manage global inventory & supplier management. Plan inventory stock levels and deliveries.
Maintain Supplier’s database and review suppliers’ performance on categories, pricing, quality, delivery lead time, sustainability and business continuity
Work closely with sourcing team to onboard new suppliers and offboard non-performing suppliers
Work closely with sales team on inventory forecast and deliveries
Work closely Finance team on inventory controls and Non/slow mover management
Lead the supply chain team in executing activities that align with and support via the company's strategic goals through digitalization and process engineering
Design and implement supply chain optimization plans to improve efficiency, identify cost-saving opportunities, and minimize excess inventory and shortages.
Collaborate with sales & operations teams to align distribution plans with market demands.
Establish strategies for managing supplier relationships to promote long-term, stable partnerships.
Monitor logistics performance and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
Provide staff training, develop, and implement standardized operating procedures to drive continuous improvement and efficiency.
Ensure all data entered into the ERP system is accurate, timely, and complete, with system records matching actual inventory and accounting data.

Pre-requisites:
Bachelor’s degree in SCM, logistics, business or related field.
Knowledge on C parts and Material Process management
Minimum 5 years of experience in supply chain management, procurement or logistics, preferably in a similar industry
Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills
Familiarity with Lean, Six Sigma or other supply chain optimization methodologies
Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
