Overview

Our client which is trading metal materials is looking for Sales Coordinator/Senior Sales Coordinator to join in the team.

Key Duties and Responsibilities

• Coordinate delivery schedules with both suppliers in Japan and clients to ensure timely and accurate shipments.
• Address any issues related to delivery delays or discrepancies.
• Forecast Management
• Invoice & Quotation Management
• Negotiate pricing and terms with clients to achieve mutually beneficial agreements.
• Communication with Japan Head Office in any necessary situations
• Verify and confirm payment from clients.
• Ensure all financial transactions are accurately recorded and reported.
• Organize and coordinate shipments
• Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and requirements.
• Address and resolve customer complaints and concerns in a professional and timely manner.
• Work to improve customer satisfaction and maintain strong client relationships.

Job Requirements

• Experience in invoice and packing list preparation, or order placement and receipt is required.
• Previous experience as a Sales Coordinator or Shipping Coordinator in intermediary trade is highly preferred
• Experience in trading of electronic components is an additional advantage.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills are essential for success in this role.
• Japanese language skills (necessary for communication with HQ in Japan)
• Ability to speak basic Mandarin to communicate with counterparts in China
