A leading company in supply chain management is seeking an Inventory Manager to oversee inventory operations, coordinate procurement, and analyze trends. The ideal candidate will possess a Diploma in Supply Chain Management and have at least three years of experience in a similar role. You will play a vital role in enhancing inventory processes and supporting ad-hoc projects.
Key Responsibilities:
️ Inventory ManagementOversee inventory of equipment, spare parts, and materials for overseas operations.
Coordinate bi-annual stock takes and maintain inventory tracking in the Autocount system.
Ensure accurate records of stock transfers, receipts, and spare parts inventory.
Liaise with procurement on new part purchases.
Verify purchase documentation and ensure accurate importation of goods to overseas locations.
Prepare and submit monthly inventory reports (e.g., goods in transit, inventory status, prepayments).
Analyze inventory trends and provide actionable insights to management.
Maintain proper filing systems for inventory-related documentation.
Collaborate with local staff to investigate and resolve discrepancies.
Identify weaknesses in existing inventory processes and propose improvements.
Support and manage ad-hoc projects as assigned.
What we are looking for:
Minimum Diploma in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related field.
At least 3 years of experience in inventory or supply chain roles.
Experience with inventory management systems, especially Autocount, is preferred.
Background in international logistics and inventory tracking is advantageous.
