Job summary

Clarins Group is seeking a motivated supply chain intern in Singapore to support our regional team. The role covers demand planning, supply planning, customer service, warehousing and logistics, with exposure to continuous improvement projects across Travel Retail Asia Pacific.

You will gain hands-on experience managing data-driven processes, improving order management, safety stock, monthly reviews, and cross-functional collaboration as part of a global beauty brand’s APAC operations.

Qualifications

• Strong analytical and mathematical skills to drive data-informed decisions.
• Rigorous, structured, and detail-oriented approach to problem-solving.
• High proficiency in Excel, Power BI, PowerPoint (knowledge of VBA or other analytical tools is a plus)

Responsibilities

• Improve order management processes for Travel Retail Asia Pacific.
• Review and update safety stock levels for Travel Retail Asia Pacific SKUs.
• Prepare and document monthly Demand Review deck (18-month forecast, launches, TR APAC allocation).
• Prepare monthly S&OP deck and minutes for Travel Retail Asia Pacific.
• Prepare pre- and post-launch reviews for Travel Retail Asia Pacific.
• Support data collection, analysis, and presentation for relocating Value-Added Service to China.
• Support data collection, analysis, and presentation to move air shipments to sea shipments.
• Support data collection, analysis, and presentation to improve container utilization.
• Set up tracker for Global Travel Retail End-of-Life and Discontinued SKUs.
• Support other market benchmarking and continuous improvement projects.

Supply Chain Intern (August-December 2026)

We are seeking a highly motivated, organized, and detail-oriented supply chain intern to support our regional supply chain team in Singapore. The supply chain intern will be tasked with continuous improvement projects that provide exposure to demand planning, supply planning, customer service, warehousing and logistics operations. This internship offers a unique opportunity to learn how a global beauty brand manages its supply chain in Asia Pacific.

• Improve process in Order Management for Travel Retail Asia Pacific with objectives of reducing errors and increasing efficiency.
• Comprehensive review and update of safety stock levels for Travel Retail Asia Pacific SKUs.
• Improve preparation of monthly Demand Review deck (e.g., 18-month rolling forecast, new launches, TR APAC allocation file, etc.) and minutes taking for Travel Retail Asia Pacific.
• Improve preparation of monthly S&OP deck and minutes taking for Travel Retail Asia Pacific.
• Improve pre and post launch reviews for Travel Retail Asia Pacific.
• Support data collection, analysis, and presentation in the project to relocate Value-Added Service operation in Singapore to China for Travel Retail Asia Pacific.
• Support data collection, analysis, and presentation in the project to move air shipments to sea shipments for Travel Retail Asia Pacific.
• Support data collection, analysis, and presentation in the project to improve container utilisation for Travel Retail Asia Pacific.
• Set up tracker for Global Travel Retail End-of-Life and Discontinued SKUs.
• Support other market benchmarking and continuous improvement projects that may arise during the course of the internship and are realistically achievable within the time frame.

You have:

Education/Degree or equivalent

• Undergraduate in Supply Chain/Logistics, Engineering, Business, or related disciplines.

Requirements

• Strong analytical and mathematical skills to drive data-informed decisions.

• High proficiency in Excel, Power BI, PowerPoint (knowledge of VBA or other analytical tools is a plus)
