Job Overview:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Supply Chain Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for consolidating and analyzing supply chain and logistics data, utilizing tools such as Microsoft Excel and SAP, and measuring supplier performance to enhance operational efficiency. This role requires critical thinking, proficiency in automation tools to improve workflows, and the ability to manage increasing business volumes. The successful candidate will gain comprehensive exposure to our business operations in Singapore and support the entire end-to-end supply chain within the country.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Data Analysis and Reporting: Collect, consolidate, and analyze supply chain data to identify trends and areas for improvement. Develop and present weekly reports to measure supplier performance and support decision-making.

2. Process Automation: Propose, develop, and implement automation tools to enhance data analytics capabilities and improve operational efficiency.

3. Order Processing: Prepare and process sales orders and delivery notes accurately and in a timely manner to facilitate smooth order fulfillment.

4. After-Sales Support: Forecast and order spare parts to maintain optimal inventory levels and meet customer service requirements.

5. SAP System Management: Utilize SAP for data management, ensuring accurate input and output, and prioritize work for data maintenance.

6. Additional Duties: Perform other duties as assigned by team leaders to support the overall objectives of the supply chain department.

• Educational Background: Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.

• Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, SAP systems, and automation tools.

• Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to interpret complex data and drive informed decisions.

• Critical Thinking: Demonstrated ability to think critically and address unstructured problems effectively.

• Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills for effective collaboration with internal teams and external suppliers.

• Ability to Work Under Pressure: Demonstrated capacity to perform effectively in high-stress situations and meet tight deadlines.

• Language Requirements:Must be proficient in both English and Chinese
