Responsibilities:

  • Process customer sales orders and coordinate with internal teams for timely fulfilment.
  • Manage post-sales follow-ups, including order status and invoicing.
  • Oversee end-to-end supply chain activities to ensure smooth operations.
  • Monitor procurement processes for timely and cost-effective sourcing.
  • Coordinate with suppliers and stakeholders to meet delivery and quality targets.
  • Handle shipping, customs clearance, and logistics scheduling.
  • Resolve transportation issues and negotiate with logistics providers to optimize performance.
  • Ensure compliance with import/export regulations and maintain accurate documentation.
  • Support ERP implementation, including User Acceptance Testing (UAT), data verification, and system testing.
  • Verify baseline accounting and financial data before system migration.
  • Maintain audit records, respond to queries, and support process improvements and ad-hoc tasks.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in supply chain administration, operations, or ERP-related support roles.
  • Background in a Manufacturing environment is essential.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and ERP systems.
  • Experience in ERP implementation, industrial record keeping, or basic accounting/finance understanding is an added advantage.
