A leading company in Singapore is seeking a candidate for an operational role requiring strong vendor coordination, order processing, and inventory management skills. The successful candidate will oversee vendor performance, manage orders, and ensure compliance with internal processes, contributing to efficient supply chain operations.
Responsibilities:
Vendor Coordination & SLA Management:
Work closely with pre-selected vendors to ensure timely delivery of goods/services. Monitor vendor performance and enforce compliance with agreed Service Level Agreements (SLAs). Proactively follow up on delays or discrepancies and escalate as needed.
Order Processing & Fulfillment:
Manage and process purchase/service orders based on internal requests. Track order status and ensure accurate and timely fulfillment from suppliers.
Inventory Coordination:
Monitor inventory levels, usage trends, and replenishment needs. Liaise with internal teams to avoid stockouts or overstocking and support cycle count activities where necessary.
Issue Resolution:
Troubleshoot operational issues related to deliveries, documentation, or vendor non-compliance. Serve as a key contact point to resolve day-to-day supply disruptions.
Documentation & Compliance:
Maintain accurate records of orders, deliveries, vendor correspondences, and SLA performance. Ensure all documentation complies with company policies and audit requirements.
Reporting & Communication:
Provide regular updates to internal stakeholders on delivery status, vendor performance, and supply-related issues. Support reporting needs for internal reviews or audits.
