Job description

• Working hours: 8:30am - 5:45pm (Mon – Fri)

• Working location at Taiseng (near to MRT station)

Job Scope

  • Order Processing - Acknowledge and process sales orders, coordinate with various departments and related parties to fulfil order

  • Build and maintain strong relationship with customers by identifying and assessing customers’ current and future needs

  • Timely fulfilment of customers’ orders or communication of schedule revision

  • Liaise with internal departments to ensure orders will be fulfilled on time

  • Prepare samples, price estimates and quotations within customer’s expectations and timeframe

  • Create work orders for production and replacement work orders if necessary

  • Ensure prompt billing of invoices and assist in overdue payment collection

  • Conduct SAP master data housekeeping

  • Manage inventory level for raw materials, work-in-progress and finished goods

  • Analyse order trends and prepare forecast schedule to material planner

  • Evaluate vendor’s performance develop good relationships with reliable vendors

  • Implement feasible improvement initiatives to enhance effectiveness, efficiency and/or economy

  • Guides and train Program Administrators (for senior)

Requirement

  • Diploma / Degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or equivalent

  • 2 – 4 years of relevant work experience
