Job Responsibilities :

• Support project development from initiation to completion, ensuring alignment with business goals.

• Assist in defining project scope, creating detailed project plans, and developing communication materials.

• Estimate resources, manage budgets, and adjust staffing needs throughout the project lifecycle.

• Track milestones, manage timelines, and communicate project progress to stakeholders and management.

• Identify project risks, resolve team conflicts, and devise contingency plans as needed.

• Conduct root cause analyses, drive continuous improvement, and align activities with corporate standards for safety, quality, delivery, and cost.

Job Requirements:

• High School Diploma required (Associate’s degree preferred) with 3–4 years of project management experience.

• Strong in strategic planning, process management, problem-solving, communication, and collaboration across teams.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office, project management tools, quick learner of new technologies, and skilled in research and adaptability.
