Job Description:
- Day-to-day customer service and procurement activities.
- Supply planning from raw material to packaging.
- Collaborate with Operations team to determine production schedules and optimize the production planning that align with demand forecasts.
- Efficient Inventory Management.
- Incoming/Outgoing Logistics Planning.
- Supplier and Customer Relationship Management.
- Licensing Management.
- Work with product management team to review product specification/technical data.
- Ad hoc tasks & Project assigned by Team leader / Management.
Job Requirements:
- Degree in Chemistry / Chemical Engineering or any Engineering field.
- Minimum 2 Years of relatable working experience.
- Experience in Chemical Distribution/ Semiconductor industries preferred.
- Excellent written and spoken communication skills in English and ideally proficient in Mandarin (for communication with overseas Mandarin speaking supplier/customer).
- Experience using SAP/Navision ERP system, would be an advantage.
- Strong in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
- Experience in ISO9001, ISO14001 and ISO 45001, would be an advantage.
- Ability to prioritize workload, make systematic decisions under pressure.
- Possess an entrepreneurial ‘can do’ mindset, able to work in a start-up environment.
- Possess excellent interpersonal skills, problem-solving skills and strong sense of ownership.
- Reside in Singapore, or willing to relocate to Sg.
- Travelling to local or overseas site for work/audit purposes.
