A leading company is seeking a Supply Chain Executive to support their last mile fulfilment operations. The position involves managing delivery logistics, coordinating with various stakeholders, and ensuring efficient operations through system management and vendor audits. Candidates should possess strong attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and the ability to facilitate smooth operations within a dynamic environment.
We are looking for a Supply Chain Executive to support day-to-day last mile fulfilment operations, ensuring smooth delivery coordination with internal sales team and external 3rd party couriers. This role requires strong attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and the ability to work with multiple stakeholders, including vendors, warehouses, and internal teams.
Key Responsibilities:
Delivery & Order Management:
• Maintain and manage delivery appointment books and booking systems and cut-off timings in company Fulfilment System.
• Manage delivery slots allocation and facilitate last mile fulfilment configurations in Fulfilment System to ensure availability to end customers.
• Handle daily exceptional handling order cases, cancellations, and exchanges.
• Support VIP and special requirement orders
Customer & Vendor Coordination:
• Address customer complaints, fraud investigations, and delivery-related queries.
• Work closely with vendors, warehouses, and internal teams for smooth operations.
• Conduct performance audits on vendors and maintain Proof of Delivery (POD) records.
Process & System Support:
• Manage system access and permissions in Fulfilment systems for both internal and external relevant stakeholders.
• Handle IT-related incidents affecting operations and assist in crisis management.
• Support process improvements and business enhancement projects.
• Assist in digitalization efforts and automation of workflows.
Reporting & Financials:
• Process invoices and verify vendor payment to couriers.
• Prepare monthly reports on timeliness, SLA performance, cost savings, and delivery metrics.
• Monitor vendor performance and maintain dashboards for tracking key operational indicators.
Stock & Inventory Management:
• Manage stock sub-batching and investigate stock variance issues arises from system-to-system errors
• Perform inventory reconciliation, including trade-in stocks and market return
Additional Responsibilities:
• Support new product launches, roadshows, and special projects.
• Provide consultation to cross-functional teams on new initiatives.
• Maintain documentation and support administrative tasks related to operations.
