About the role

We are seeking a talented and driven Supply Chain Executive to join our dynamic team. In this full-time role, you will be responsible for overseeing the efficient and effective management of our supply chain operations. As a key member of our procurement function, you will play a vital role in supporting the overall business objectives and ensuring the seamless delivery of our products to our restaurants.

What you'll be doing

1. Manage and optimize the end-to-end supply chain processes, including procurement, inventory control, warehousing, and transportation
2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to forecast demand, plan production, and manage inventory levels to meet customer needs
3. Negotiate and manage supplier contracts to ensure the best possible terms and conditions
4. Implement and monitor key performance indicators to identify areas for improvement and drive operational efficiency
5. Provide regular reporting and analysis to support strategic decision-making
6. Identify and implement process improvements to enhance supply chain operations
7. Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and industry standards

What we're looking for

1. Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a supply chain or logistics role, preferably from F&B industry.
2. Strong understanding of supply chain management principles, including procurement, inventory management, warehousing, and transportation
3. Proficient in using supply chain management software and data analysis tools
4. Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills with a focus on continuous improvement
5. Effective communication and stakeholder management abilities
6. Proven track record of delivering results in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
7. Tertiary qualification in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related field is preferred
