Job description

Job Responsibilities

· Customers’ feedback management – Engage with customers to receive feedback from customers.

· Shipment management – Engaging with forwarders to prepare, receive and coordinate incoming containers on weekly basis. Update shipment status to sales team.

· Quality management – conduct quality check on every batch of goods, feedback to suppliers if necessary.

· PO management – Creation and general PO management for assisting in materials/goods procurement.

· Suppliers management - Liaise and negotiate with suppliers. He/she needs to ensure orders are placed with suppliers on time to meet our customers’ order delivery lead time.

· Catalog management – Improve our product listings with accurate product specification and photos.

· Inventory management – Stock control, stock-take and general housekeeping of warehouse inventory including maintenance of up-to-date records.

· Order fulfilments – Executing customers’ order creation, packing of goods and delivery processes. He/she will work closely with finance by providing order fulfilment status and related documents for invoicing customers.
