Our client is a long-standing, globally active firm with operations spanning several continents and integrated supply chains. They are currently looking for a proactive and detail-driven Supply Chain Executive to oversee end-to-end supply chain activities for one of their overseas factories. This role will play a key part in managing procurement, coordinating international logistics, and ensuring seamless shipment flow from Asia to the Middle East. The ideal candidate will possess strong expertise in purchasing and international freight coordination, with hands-on experience handling shipping documentation-particularly Letters of Credit and other essential trade documents.

  • Manage end-to-end supply chain operations for the factory, ensuring timely procurement and delivery of materials.
  • Coordinate with suppliers across Asia to source raw materials and negotiate purchasing terms.
  • Oversee international shipping logistics, including freight booking, customs clearance, and inland transportation.
  • Ensure accurate and timely handling of shipping and financial documents such as Letters of Credit (LC), Bills of Lading, Commercial Invoices, and Packing Lists.
  • Monitor supplier performance and work with internal stakeholders to address quality, timing, or cost issues.
  • Optimize supply chain processes to reduce cost, improve delivery timelines, and support production efficiency.
  • Maintain accurate records of purchases, shipments, and inventory.
  • Ensure compliance with international trade regulations and company policies.


skills and experience required
