Supply Chain Executive

Who We Are Looking For?

As a Supply Chain Executive in the Project Team, he/she is responsible for supply chain process improvements and other related responsibilities, which may include re-thinking and developing ideas on process improvements involving supply planning, inventory management, in-store availability, order fulfilment, and data analysis throughout the order fulfilment process. This role will also collaborate with different teams to roll out the changes and ensure compliance with the company’s guidelines and standards.

What Awaits You:

• Responsible for re-thinking and developing ideas on supply chain process improvements and collaborating with different teams to roll out the changes.
• Process improvements include supply planning, inventory management, in-store availability, order fulfilment, and data analysis throughout the order fulfilment process.
• Ensure compliance with the company’s guidelines and standards while improving the process.
• Involved in process improvement projects to streamline and improve productivity.
• Develop and generate reports to measure and check on inventory, capacity management, service level, etc.
• Monitor and support audit checks on ROS guidelines to ensure compliance.
• Assist in sourcing and perform assessment checks on non-trade suppliers.
• Collaborate with internal and external teams to ensure smooth implementation of systems or new processes.
• Responsible for business processes that relate to end-to-end Supply Chain from planning and forecasting to logistics management.

We Are Excited About You If You Have:

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree, preferably with specialization in Supply Chain, Operation Research, or other quantitative business disciplines.
• Minimum 3 to 5 years of supply chain planning work experience, preferably within the FMCG or Retail vertical.
• Fresh graduates may be considered if clear evidence of potential is assessed during job interviews.
• Ability to collaborate effectively, work cross-functionally, build relationships, and excel in a team environment.
• Analytical, solid on role ownership, and both process and result-oriented.
• Self-driven, organized, and able to work long hours, especially under tight deadlines.
• Possess a positive work attitude, able to operate independently, and multi-task even under tight deadlines.
• Comprehensive understanding of how supply chain works and associated risks.
• Proficient in the use of quantitative methods to analyze situations and solve business problems.
• Proficiency with MS Office required; intermediate MS Excel required; advanced Excel helpful.
• Familiarity with ERP systems and data visualization software.
• Experience with SLIM4 Forecasting App and Power BI will be an added advantage.
• Good interpersonal and communication skills.
• Business acumen and sound judgment essential.
• Project Management Skills.
