Job Description

  • Manage daily supply chain operations, including but not limited to monitoring, receiving, storing and dispatching goods, shipments, logistics, order processing
  • Managing the supply chain process includes providing support to team members of different departments to ensure smooth operation.
  • Maintain a high level of communication and information sharing (non-confidential), observe and provide suggestions to management for possible improvements in supply chain aspect.
  • Assist and handle inventory control by maintaining precise stock levels and ensuring timely replenishment, contributing to a reduction in stockouts.
  • Promote and influence positive working culture to the company’s best benefit while fulfilling customer needs.
  • Committed to continuous learning and operational flexibility in support of company objectives.
  • Establish good working relationships with cross-functional teams to optimize operations and drive business growth.
  • Works closely with head of departments and sales team to maintain seamless operational flow and resolve issues proactively.
  • Actively follow up, input/posting, updates on various documents including but not limited to export permits, customer portals, vendor registration and the submission of ISO certificates, Certificates of Compliance (COC), forms, and any others when required.
  • Manage business/sales activities including but not limited to assigned customers, regular/repeat orders, projects, blanket/forward orders, consignment and proactive in promoting business growth.
  • Manage and take accountability for ad-hoc tasks assigned by management.

Requirements

  • At least 2 years of relevant work experience.
  • Ability to work independently and work as a team to meet goals.
  • Must be polite, friendly manner, willingness to learn and possess good attitude.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities with good time management.
  • Attention to detail for accurate record-keeping and order processing.
  • Ability to handle customer inquiries, follow-ups, and resolve issues.
  • Knowledge in sales and order processing operations.
  • Proficiency in ERP, WMS software and Microsoft Office.
  • Proactive and take initiative actions to go extra miles to achieve objectives
