About the Company

You will work closely with both the Supply Chain and Merchandising teams to establish a strong, collaborative partnership that ensures smooth operations. Your analytical expertise will be critical in aligning sales strategies with inventory management for optimal performance.

About the Role

Your role will involve working closely with various teams to enhance operational efficiency and forecast accuracy.

Responsibilities

  • Review the forecast in Anaplan every month on your product category, together with the merchandising team
  • Follow up the business trends and run different analysis by product lines/by countries to help improve the forecast accuracy and anticipate trends as much as possible
  • Prepare and lead the forecast meeting validation
  • Build partnership with Merchandising during the buying session for each collection
  • Coordinate with Central & Regional teams on the new product launch strategy
  • Coordinate with Regional Distribution team to follow up on high-low products trends/ shortages
  • Identify opportunities of product growth in relation with Merchandising
  • Implement & dispatch communication towards different departments
  • Work on different projects for the team to improve efficiency and visibility
  • Any other duties as assigned by your reporting manager

Qualifications

  • Education in Supply Chain Management or other related discipline

Required Skills

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Team player
  • Strong self-motivation and able to work under pressure
  • Analytical skills and sensitive to numbers
  • Knowledge in SAP, Anaplan and PowerBI will be a valuable advantage

Preferred Skills

  • Relevant experience in Sales Planning is required

Pay range and compensation package

  • Permanent contract
  • Salary between 4500-7000SGD/month depending on seniority
