An established industry player is seeking a dedicated Supply Chain Coordinator to optimize the entire supply chain process. About the Role
Coordinate the supply chain along its full length, from the raw materials, to markets, implementing buffer stock policies and accommodating market needs and requirements.
Execute stock replenishment within predefined planning parameters.
Manage the demand planning out of sales forecast, and of other past, present and future identified drivers.
Communicate supply issues to markets, and market concerns to suppliers.
Accompany the finished goods order completion, supervising logistic planning, deadlines and costs.
Adapt quickly to unforeseen events to prevent out-of-stock or overstock situations.
Ability to read low signals & build a sustainable Supply Chain to mitigate any risks (dual sourcing, strategic stock management, anticipating logistic disruptions etc.)
Work closely with other departments (Sales, R&D, Production, Packaging, QA, Logistics, Finances, and Legal) to achieve supply chain optimization.
Requirements
Diploma or Degree in supply chain management or equivalent.
Minimum two years’ experience in category management, procurement or logistics activities is an advantage, though fresh graduates with SCM qualifications are welcome to apply.
