About the Client

Our client is a globally renowned MNC within the Automotive sector. They are ambitiously expanding their footprints across the region and is now looking to invite a Supply Chain Executive to join their team.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate import and export operations while supporting tender-related requirements.
• Monitor vessel arrival schedules and keep customers and the finance team informed to facilitate collections.
• Issue shipping instructions and prepare export documentation in compliance with LC, DP, and TT terms.
• Create invoices in SAP, ensuring accurate and timely month-end billing and credit note processing.
• Track shipment progress, address logistics-related issues, and coordinate with producers and carriers.
• Provide team coverage during absences and follow up on DSR-related credit and debit notes.

Skills and experience required

• Diploma or Degree with 1–3 years of experience in logistics, preferably in import/export operations.
• Solid understanding of supply chain processes; experience with SAP is a plus.
• Strong analytical abilities with proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
