Job summary

Michael Page is seeking a Senior Supply Chain Leader to establish and scale a regional Network Operations organization in Singapore. You will drive end-to-end transformation and performance across planning, manufacturing, and delivery.

With 10+ years in supply chain or manufacturing leadership, you will leverage S&OP, planning, and change-management to enable growth in a multinational setting. Collaboration across functions is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, Operations Management, Business, or a related discipline.
• At least 10 years of leadership experience within supply chain, manufacturing operations, outsourced manufacturing, or related environments.
• Proven track record building, transforming, or scaling operational organizations and teams.
• Strong understanding of S&OP, demand planning, supply planning, inventory management, capacity planning, and manufacturing operations.
• Experience managing supply constraints, production ramp-ups, business growth, and capacity expansion initiatives.
• Demonstrated ability to translate commercial objectives into operational execution strategies.
• Strong stakeholder management, organizational leadership, and change management capabilities.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Experience working within complex, matrixed, or multinational organizations.
• MBA or advanced degree would be advantageous.

Job Description
