Job summary

Procter & Gamble in Singapore's Pioneer Plant offers an internship that blends engineering, science, or business operations. You will work on real projects from day one, tackling data-driven process improvement and loss elimination in manufacturing.

You will design systems for data collection, apply reliability tools, and collaborate with diverse teams, with a pathway to full-time employment upon successful completion.

Qualifications

• Working towards a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree.
• Excellent visionary, strategic and courageous leadership skills.
• Problem solving via innovation creativity.
• Strong thinking/analytical skills which can be applied to business processes with a 'can-do' attitude.
• Ability to collaborate effectively within a multicultural environment.
• Penultimate year student graduating between December 2027 to July 2028.

Responsibilities

• Eliminate process variability and losses through data analysis and technical mastery.
• Design, implement and maintain systems to collect and analyze data for critical product and process parameters.
• Eliminate or reduce (prioritized) losses through implementing making/packing process or work system changes.
• Use Reliability Engineering tools to drive center-line improvement and loss elimination.
• Share and reapply learning across processes, modules and plants.
