The successful candidate will be responsible for analyzing supply chain performance, optimizing processes, and supporting decision-making through data-driven insights.
Key Responsibilities:
Collect, clean, and analyze data from various sources such as ERP systems, production logs, and inventory databases.
Develop dashboards and reports to monitor Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), including inventory levels, order accuracy, and delivery performance.
Conduct demand forecasting and inventory analysis to support planning and procurement strategies.
Identify trends, inefficiencies, and opportunities for cost reduction or process improvement within the supply chain.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure data-driven decisions align with business goals.
Support risk assessments by identifying potential supply chain disruptions and recommending contingency plans.
Assist in implementing new supply chain technologies or software tools, ensuring data integration and usability.
Present insights and recommendations to stakeholders in a clear and actionable manner.
Requirements:
Educational Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration,Data Analytics, or a related field.
Fresh graduates are welcome to apply; relevant internships or academic projects are a plus.
Technical Skills:
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, data visualization).
Basic knowledge of SQL, Python, or R for data analysis is advantageous.
Familiarity with data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI.
Exposure to ERP systems like SAP or Oracle is a plus.
