Our client, a well-known company is looking for candidates for the position of Coordinator.

RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Main Interface between Dealers
2. Process arrangements for customer orders
3. Expedite delivery for Back Order (when parts are out of stock)
4. Provide delivery date (ETA) information to Dealers
5. Acquisition of information on temporary demand such as sales/service campaign parts
6. Appropriate handling of urgent orders
7. Clear communication, ensuring that Customer needs are well communicated to other departments.

REQUIREMENTS

1. Diploma/Degree in mathematics, statistics or any other related fields
2. Ability to understand the processes and can carry out work aligned with the processes
3. Customer orientated, Team work oriented and equipped with Problem-solving skills
