Job summary

Job description

Our client is a leader in the Chemical Manufacturing industry in Singapore. Due to their current expansion plan, they are looking for a Supply Chain Coordinator to join their team, in hopes of developing the current high performing team. They are located in the East.

Responsibilities

  • Provide support to sales by calling customers for advance stock orders and offering delivery updates.

  • Track customer orders against forecasts and prepare regular order status reports.

  • Work with internal teams to ensure smooth order handling and follow up closely with customers.

  • Arrange packing, booking, collection, and delivery of goods and samples, including lab items, and update system records.

  • Check invoices from third-party logistics, transporters, and couriers; ensure charges are accurate and billed accordingly.

  • Follow up on outstanding payments by preparing SOAs and coordinating with customers.

  • Maintain and update product lists for submission to Finance for customs approvals.

  • Drive improvements and ensure adherence to order management business rules.

  • Provide audit documents and perform stock-take activities when required.

  • Perform ad-hoc duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • Min Diploma in Business Management/Supply Chain Management, or a related field.

  • Min 5 years of experience in customer service or order fulfilment, preferably in a high-volume environment.

  • Proven ability to work with multiple internal and external stakeholders.

  • Proficient in SAP MM, OTC and SD modules.
