Job Description

Position Summary: To ensure the proper handling of customer shipping orders by adhering to established procedures and instructions, while maintaining supplies and the facility in compliance with cGMP standards.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Accurately process and handle customer orders according to country requirements and distribution instructions.

  • Complete order verification of orders in a timely manner.

  • Prepare documentation and update computer systems correctly.

  • Update regular reports (as required by Management).

  • Maintain proper documentation for all processes conducted.

  • Engage in cross-functional business process improvement activities.

  • Ensure all processes align with established procedures and cGMP standards.

  • Implement corrective actions for any compliance issues.

  • Maintain a clean, neat, and tidy facility and workspaces.

  • Assist management in any other matters as required.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Minimum 2 to 3 years of relevant experience. in logistics and order processing function.

  • Diploma or NITEC in Business Studies / Scientific or Health Care specialisation.

  • Prior knowledge of logistics coordination / supply chain management and warehousing work practices is an advantage.

  • Demonstrates English literacy and basic numeracy skills.

  • Strong attention to detail and able to manage priorities to meet timelines.

  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
