An established industry player in the Chemical Manufacturing sector is seeking a Supply Chain Coordinator to enhance their high-performing team. This role involves managing order logistics, ensuring customer satisfaction, and supporting sales operations. The ideal candidate will have a diploma in Business or Supply Chain Management and at least three years of relevant experience. Our client is a leader in the Chemical Manufacturing industry in Singapore. Due to their current expansion plan, they are looking for a Supply Chain Coordinator (Customer Service) to join their team, in hopes of developing the current high performing team. They are located in the East.
Responsibilities
Arrange packing, booking, collection, and delivery of goods and samples, including lab items, and update system records.
Work with internal teams to ensure smooth order handling and follow up closely with customers.
Follow up on outstanding payments by preparing SOAs and coordinating with customers.
Check invoices from third-party logistics, transporters, and couriers; ensure charges are accurate and billed accordingly.
Track customer orders against forecasts and prepare regular order status reports.
Provide support to sales by calling customers for advance stock orders and offering delivery updates.
Maintain and update product lists for submission to Finance for customs approvals.
Drive improvements and ensure adherence to order management business rules.
Provide audit documents when required.
Perform stock-take activities when assigned.
Perform ad-hoc duties as assigned.
Requirements
Min Diploma in Business Management/Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
Min 3 years of relevant working experience.
Knowledgeable in water treatment, wastewater, or environmental engineering.
Proficient in SAP MM and SD modules.
