A leading procurement company in Singapore is seeking a Procurement Specialist to develop and execute procurement plans. Key responsibilities include managing supplier relationships, negotiating purchasing terms, and monitoring market dynamics. The ideal candidate should possess strong communication and negotiation skills and be familiar with the procurement process. This is a full-time role with a commitment to professionalism and teamwork.
Job Responsibilities:
1.Develop and execute procurement plan according to enterprise needs to ensure the timeliness and cost-effectiveness of material supply;
2.Establish and maintain good co-operative relationship with suppliers, conduct supplier evaluation and management;
3.Participate in purchasing negotiations, optimise purchasing terms and conditions, and strive for more favourable conditions of cooperation;
4.Monitor market dynamics, provide timely feedback on price and quality changes, and provide support for purchasing decisions.
Job requirements:
1.Good communication skills and negotiation skills, able to effectively coordinate internal and external resources;
2.Familiar with the procurement process, with strong cost consciousness and data analysis ability;
3.Able to handle supplier relationship independently, with strong problem solving ability;
4.Meticulous work, strong sense of responsibility, good professional ethics and teamwork spirit;
