A leading company in the footwear industry seeks a dedicated Administrative Support to assist the Key Account Manager in the International Franchising Business. This role involves order processing, inventory management, and coordination with various stakeholders. Candidates should have a background in logistics or business administration and be able to manage multiple responsibilities effectively in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency in Microsoft Office is essential.
Job Duties
Support the Key Account Manager in International Franchising Business
To perform administrative duties (Order Processing, Invoicing, Follow up, Filing)
Coordinate order processing and delivery and returns of franchise partner’s orders
Ensure all incoming goods to be received in the system and in accordance with procurement instruction or information, and according to the company policies
Handles general public enquires on franchise related matters
Responsible for scheduling of delivery/pick-ups with 3rd party delivery vendors
Monitor & manage inventory level to ensure healthy stock levels to meet sales forecast
Maintaining inventory records, reporting relevant information, and preparing any necessary documentation
Other ad-hoc duties as assigned
Job Requirements:
Candidate possess at least NITEC/Higher NITEC/Diploma/Degree in Logistic/Business Administration or related
Minimum 1 year of related experience in Franchise, E-Commerce/Shipping company is a plus
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
Knowledge in shipping terms and documentation would be preferred
Ability to prioritize and manage multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced environment
Ability to work well with all department internally and externally
