Job Duties

  • Support the Key Account Manager in International Franchising Business

  • To perform administrative duties (Order Processing, Invoicing, Follow up, Filing)

  • Coordinate order processing and delivery and returns of franchise partner’s orders

  • Ensure all incoming goods to be received in the system and in accordance with procurement instruction or information, and according to the company policies

  • Handles general public enquires on franchise related matters

  • Responsible for scheduling of delivery/pick-ups with 3rd party delivery vendors

  • Monitor & manage inventory level to ensure healthy stock levels to meet sales forecast

  • Maintaining inventory records, reporting relevant information, and preparing any necessary documentation

  • Other ad-hoc duties as assigned

Job Requirements:

  • Candidate possess at least NITEC/Higher NITEC/Diploma/Degree in Logistic/Business Administration or related

  • Minimum 1 year of related experience in Franchise, E-Commerce/Shipping company is a plus

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)

  • Knowledge in shipping terms and documentation would be preferred

  • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced environment

  • Ability to work well with all department internally and externally
