Supply Chain Assistant Manager (Procurement Food) - Pandan Loop - $6000 Urgent

Work location: Pandan Loop
Hybrid Work: 2 to 3 days work from home (Mon to Friday, 9am to 6pm)
$5000 to $6000 + AWS + VB + Retention Bonus!!
Annual Leave: 14 days

Key Responsibilities

Operational Management

• Work with the CSCO to establish the procurement, inventory management, production planning, & logistics system.

• Set up and run seamless flow of goods from input/raw materials to the manufacturing site/bakery lab, and the finished goods/semi-finished goods to the customers and retail outlets, ensuring everyday excellent service of exceptional quality products at optimized cost and waste.

• Identify logistics partners for both local Singapore & international (SEA) operations.

• Optimize supply chain processes using data-driven approaches, including technology adoption and process automation.

Supplier and Vendor Management

• Codify the company’s bill of materials and establish strong relationships with key suppliers and vendors.

• Negotiate contracts to secure cost-effective and high-quality materials and services.

• Conduct periodic supplier performance evaluations and implement improvement plans where necessary.

Financial and Compliance Oversight

• Manage the supply chain budget, ensuring cost-effectiveness and efficiency

• Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs), such as inventory days on hand, lead time, service, quality, and cost reductions

• Ensure compliance with local and international regulations, safety standards, and environmental guidelines.
