We’re expanding our team and seeking a Supply Chain Assistant who can bring value through proactive procurement strategies and operational excellence.

What You’ll Do
  • Manage end-to-end purchasing: sourcing, quotations, price negotiation, order placement & delivery arrangements
  • Maintain accurate procurement records and ensure compliance with ISO documentation standards
  • Build and manage strong supplier relationships while monitoring performance
  • Source and purchase electrical equipment, spare parts, and electronic components
  • Oversee inventory levels, conduct stock takes, and ensure timely delivery of materials
  • Collaborate across teams to align procurement with project goals
Who You Are
  • Diploma in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related field
  • Minimum 2 years’ relevant experience in procurement/supply chain
  • Strong understanding of sourcing, negotiation, and contract management
  • Possess electrical knowledge, experience in dealing with freight forwarders; coming from marine & offshore industry will be an added advantage
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build and maintain effective relationships with suppliers and internal stakeholders
  • Detail-oriented and comfortable with paperwork
