Castlery is seeking a Supply Chain Analyst to join our Operations Excellence team.
In this role, you will analyze business requirements and interpret large data sets, translating insights into technology and process improvements that address complex operational challenges and deliver impactful solutions. You will collaborate with teams in logistics, warehousing, merchandising, technology, and more to tackle high-impact improvement opportunities and drive meaningful change.
Key Responsibilities
- Analyze large data sets using Python and SQL to identify root causes of operational challenges and design data-driven solutions.
- Translate complex data findings into clear, actionable recommendations and present them to business stakeholders and senior management, and also execute the recommendations with the business teams.
- Lead cross-functional projects to improve processes, working closely with the global Operations, Software Engineering, and other teams.
- Develop quantitative assessments to guide project prioritization based on potential business impact.
- Document existing processes and best practices and contribute to a centralized knowledge repository.
- Proactively communicate project timelines, updates, and outcomes with relevant stakeholders.
- Collaborate with the team to create and maintain a process improvement roadmap aligned with Castlery's strategic goals.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Engineering, Data Science).
- Preferably 2 to 3 years of relevant experience in Supply Chain analytics or similar.
- Working knowledge/experience of SQL, Python, or other data analysis tools.
- Passion and curiosity for modeling and solving challenging problems using appropriate methodologies and technology.
- Strong project management skills, with the ability to lead and execute initiatives in a dynamic environment.
- Excellent communication and storytelling skills to deliver sophisticated ideas effectively, both written and verbal, with a proven ability to engage stakeholders at all levels.
- Ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams and manage multiple priorities.
- Experience in logistics, warehousing, or supply chain operations is an advantage.
- Prior experience in a fast-growing company or hypergrowth environment.
