This role will be responsible for identifying & driving opportunity to optimize Supply Chain processes for productivity and efficiency improvement. You will be given opportunities to work with Asia Pacific & Global Supply Chain Team, and Global IT.
In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:
- Collate supply chain data resources, apply visual and analytical tools to access, extract and analyze data sets to improve supply chain operations performance and efficiency.
- Engage and collaborate with functional teams across Asia Pacific and Global on process mapping, opportunity identification and alignment of existing and future value streams of business processes.
- Develop, deploy, and supervise digital or automation projects to improve operations.
- Supervise solution and process performance and propose corrective actions of the digital tools as the need arises.
- Benchmark, explore within or outside Emerson and implement relevant technology (Machine Learning/AI) and best practices for Supply Chain.
- Apply change management processes to lead partners and users' expectations throughout the lifecycle of projects.
- Oracle Business System Support for Supply Chain Team.

For This Role, You Will Need:
- Minimum of 3 to 5 years of significant experience in Supply Chain function.
- Knowledgeable in Supply Chain Processes and able to draw flow charts, identify gaps & opportunities for improvement.
- Proficiency in ERP system (Oracle), Power BI, Power Apps, Power Automate, Excel, experience of handling large data sets.
- Strong analytical and Problem-Solving skills.
- Fast learner and able to engage in multiple initiatives simultaneously.
Preferred Qualifications that Set You Apart:
- Degree or equivalent experience in Business Management, Engineering or Supply Chain Management or related field.
- Experience in Digital and Automation Transformation, Data Analytics, Project Management, SQL, Python will be a plus.
- Can work independently and with minimal mentorship.
