• Working day: Monday to Friday
• Working hours: 8.30am to 6pm

Job Responsibilities:

• Manage/ensure smooth materials/logistic flow
• Organize and coordinate procurement activities for supplier, material and equipment.
• Manage supplier delivery schedules and effectively establish and maintain delivery dates for proper inventory control
• Liaise with freight forwarder for overseas shipment
• Assist in resolving discrepancies with purchases or services
• Match supplier invoice & delivery orders/service report against purchases orders
• Daily Carrying out Logistic administrative tasks
• Perform ad hoc activities as assigned

Job Requirements:

• Possess minimum GCE ‘O’ level with 1-2 years of relevant working experience
