Job Details:

• Location: Joo Koon
• Salary: $2200-$3000 Basic + 1 Month Completion Bonus
• Duration: Immediate - 1 Year Extendable/Convertible
• Working hours: Mon-Fri office hours, 3 days WIO, 2 days WFH

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for demand planning and ordering to ensure optimal inventory level in our distribution centres and warehouses.
• Work together as a team of inventory planners to achieve Service Level and Costing KPI and solve operational issues.
• Liaise with buyers, suppliers, warehouses, and various other stakeholders.
• Handle all matters relating to inventory.
• Manage the stock allocation to all our store formats.
• Involved in projects and contribute to the organization with continual process improvements.

Requirements:

• Diploma in Logistics and Supply Chain or related disciplines.
• Preferably 1-2 years of relevant experience in Inventory Planning and Ordering.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel (Pivot Table & Vlookup).
• Knowledge of SAP systems will be an added advantage.
