Overview

The Supply Assurance Buyer ensures assurance of material supply at the right time, quantity and quality to meet production needs.

How You’ll Make an Impact:

• Timely execution of MRP supply, forecast and exception report to suppliers, ensuring supplier delivery commitments meet production requirements.
• Expedite deliveries and resolve material shortages to meet production needs.
• Manage and resolve quality notifications, change requests, supplier returns, goods receipts and invoice discrepancies in a timely manner.
• Maintain data accuracy and integrity and adhere to procedures.
• Maintain optimal inventory levels and minimize inventory holding.

What You Bring:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration or related discipline.
• Minimum 3 years of purchasing and planning experience in electronics and mechanical assemblies.
• Experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Possess good computer skills including MS Office and strong in Microsoft Excel.
• Knowledge of SAP ERP will be advantageous.
