We are seeking a skilledDemand & Supply Plannerto lead supply planning across key Asia markets (including ANZ, Japan, Korea, India, and Southeast Asia). Based in Singapore, this role plays a critical part in ensuring product availability, optimizing inventory, and aligning supply with business priorities.

Key Responsibilities

Supply Planning

  • Lead weekly supply reviews to ensure timely product availability and inventory optimization.
  • Manage supply risks, including backorders, airfreight needs, and revenue impact.
  • Collaborate with global manufacturing teams to resolve capacity and allocation issues.
  • Oversee manual allocations and stockpile planning to support business continuity.
  • Drive system improvements to enhance planning accuracy and service levels.
  • Support brand transitions with robust inventory and supply strategies.

Demand Planning

  • Lead monthly demand reviews and S&OP meetings with Marketing, Sales, and Finance.
  • Develop accurate forecasts using statistical models and market intelligence.
  • Classify products by volume, volatility, and strategic value to tailor planning approaches.
  • Improve forecast accuracy through data-driven insights and collaboration.

Inventory Management

  • Set and monitor inventory targets, especially for new launches or product phase-outs.
  • Identify and reduce excess and obsolete stock through root cause analysis.
  • Maintain clean and accurate planning master data.
  • Align inventory strategies with business goals and service level targets.

Performance & Metrics

  • Track and improve key KPIs: Forecast Accuracy, Fill Rate, Inventory Turns, etc.
  • Lead initiatives to enhance supply chain efficiency, service levels, and cost control.
  • Support global and regional supply chain projects to drive operational excellence.

Education & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, or Business.
  • APICS/CSCMP certification is a plus.
  • 5+ years in supply, demand, or inventory planning.
  • Strong understanding of end-to-end supply chain and S&OP processes.
  • Proficiency in SAP IBP, S4 Hana, Power BI, or similar tools.
  • Experience in procurement or manufacturing is a plus.
  • Advanced Excel and data analytics capabilities.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management across cultures.
  • Business-oriented mindset with a focus on customer service and operational efficiency.
