Key Responsibilities

• Supplier Selection Process/develops a supply base that provides a competitive advantage in quality, value/cost, delivery and technology.

• Continuous involvement in the Supplier Selection Process to develop a supply base that provides a competitive advantage in quality, value/cost, delivery and technology.

• Performing quality problem resolutions and incident management, drive root cause and correction action.

• Performing the supplier technical audit process and evaluating supplier performance and capability, drive continuous improvement opportunities at supplier.

• Evaluates technical requirements of new and existing products. Applies knowledge of qualified sources and products for system improvements, increased product reliabilityand mitigated risk.

• Support product development and improvement teams for qualified suppliers and product reliability.

Requirements

• Technically experienced in Thin Film/ ALD (Atomic Layer Deposition)

• Relevant years of experiences or exposures to Quality aspect especially Supplier management

• Relevant education qualification in Engineering studies

• Inquisitive and proactive mindset
