Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned:
Primary responsibility is to support daily operation related to external supplier quality issue, Supplier Change Request (SCR) review, and Approved Supplier List (ASL) remediation activity at site to ensure compliance to 019 Purchasing Control.
Ensures that suppliers deliver quality parts, materials, and services.
Qualifies suppliers according to company standards and may administer a Certified Supplier Program in receiving inspection to ensure cost effectiveness.
Develops and prioritizes an auditing schedule to ensure that designated suppliers are audited on a regular basis to ensure good manufacturing practices (GMP) and quality standards are met.
Evaluates suppliers' internal functions to assess their overall performance and provides feedback in assessment of their operation.
Required Knowledge and Experience:
Bachelor's degree required
Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience
Mindset and attitude: Positive and eager to learn, keen with audits and collaborations with other functions
Good interpersonal skills
Good Presentation skills
Proficiency in MS Office suite
ISO 13485 Certification would be an advantage but not required
