Rolls-Royce Solutions Asia Pacific is seeking a Supplier Quality Engineer (SQE) to own supplier quality performance across the APAC supply chain. You will challenge suppliers, enforce standards, and drive improvements through audits, validations, and continuous improvement initiatives.
Responsibilities include conducting supplier audits, defining quality expectations, analyzing data, and leading corrective actions.

We are looking for a Supplier Quality Engineer, Asia Pacific (SQE) who will take ownership of supplier quality performance across our supply chain. This role is not administrative. You are expected to challenge suppliers, enforce standards, and drive measurable improvements. You will ensure suppliers consistently meet Rolls‑Royce Power Systems ( mtu ) quality expectations through qualification, process validation, and ongoing performance management. This includes being directly accountable for supplier audits, issue resolution, and continuous improvement initiatives.
